Introducing buyers and sellers

Facilitating communications between commercial parties

Peach Trading Group may work with independent refineries, producers, suppliers, title holders, resellers, authorized representatives, mandates, buyers, logistics providers, inspection companies, financial institutions, and other commercial participants.

The identity and contractual role of the actual buyer, seller, supplier, title holder, or service provider will be determined by the applicable transaction documentation.

NO AUTOMATIC AGENCY OR AUTHORITY

Nothing contained on our Site or in preliminary communications should be interpreted as establishing an agency, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, employment relationship, refinery mandate, buyer mandate, seller mandate, or other legal representative relationship unless such authority is expressly established in a separate written agreement.

Peach Trading Group does not claim authority to legally bind an independent refinery, supplier, seller, buyer, financial institution, logistics provider, inspection company, or other third party unless that authority has been expressly granted in writing.

Similarly, individuals or organizations communicating with Peach Trading Group may not represent themselves as authorized representatives, employees, officers, or agents of Peach Trading Group unless expressly authorized by us in writing.

Peach Trading Group endeavors to work with credible and commercially capable parties and may conduct reasonable verification or due diligence.

However, international petroleum and commodity transactions involve independent parties and circumstances outside Peach Trading Group's control.

Accordingly, Peach Trading Group does not guarantee:

That a seller will perform

That a refinery will perform

That a supplier will perform

That a financial institution will issue or honor an instrument

That a tank-storage provider will perform

That a shipping or chartering company will perform

That an inspection company will produce a particular result

That documents submitted by independent parties will ultimately prove authentic

That product will remain available

That quoted prices will remain available

That a transaction will close

That a transaction will close within a particular timeframe

That governmental, banking, port, sanctions, customs, inspection, or regulatory approvals will be obtained

Transaction participants remain responsible for performing their own commercial, financial, corporate, legal, and compliance due diligence before entering into a binding transaction.

DUE DILIGENCE AND VERIFICATION

Peach Trading Group may assist with commercial verification and due diligence as part of its transaction-support activities.

Such activities may include reviewing or requesting information concerning:

Refinery or supplier relationships

Mandate authority

Buyer authority

Seller authority

Transaction documentation

Due diligence performed or coordinated by Peach Trading Group is intended to reduce commercial risk but cannot eliminate all risks associated with fraud, forged documents, misrepresentation, impersonation, nonperformance, regulatory changes, sanctions, cybercrime, or other misconduct.
